Mersen in Australia’s Victoria region seeks a customer-focused professional to drive technical sales and close customer engagements across our product portfolio. You will interact with customers, understand their needs, and deliver guidance on using Mersen solutions in their designs.

Role requires collaboration with internal teams, participation in budgeting, and maintaining CRM records. You will help craft specifications and ensure timely payments while upholding high customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Spend majority of time interacting with customers.
• Answer customer requests timely and comprehensively. Analyze and understand the customer’s technical need.
• Provide in-depth technical advice to help customers design parts with Mersen products.
• Contribute to the drafting of specifications.
• Prepare negotiation plan.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of orders within delegation rules.
• Issue timely customer visit reports in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide adequate solutions and service to customers.
• Contribute to building the sales budget.
• Ensure on-time payment from customers.
• Display deep knowledge of products / solutions portfolio.
