Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth across Australia’s East Coast, focusing on NSW and Victoria.

This home-based role blends technical know-how with commercial influence, spending most of the time in front of end users and partners. You'll develop new business opportunities, nurture the existing pipeline, and guide customers from initial engagement to solution deployment, through reseller channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering or technical field sales within sectors such as electrical, industrial, utilities, rail, power or related industries

Responsibilities

• Own a territory across Australia’s East Coast, with NSW and Victoria focus; develop new business opportunities and manage the existing project pipeline through reseller channels
• Engage with electrical contractors, utilities, rail operators, industrial organisations, consultants and wholesalers
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to customers
• Lead the growth opportunity with a clear progression path toward senior leadership roles
