• 8+ years’ experience in engineering project delivery
• Experience mentoring and coaching other team members
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project delivery

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across all phases of project delivery, including design, analysis, implementation, and construction support.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions to address project challenges and achieve client objectives.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Oversee engineering activities, monitor project performance, and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure compliance with best practices and project standards.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across project activities.
