DRA Global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Perth to lead large-scale engineering and project execution initiatives. You will oversee delivery from handover to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and commercial objectives are met while managing client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of senior project management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering major projects in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes, and project controls.
• Experience administering contracts and managing project change processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and project execution projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions; manage contracts and variations.
