Job summary

DRA Global Limited, based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale engineering projects from handover to delivery. You will oversee schedules, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

With 15+ years of delivery experience, you will employ robust project controls and contract management to drive on-time completion and commercial success across mining and metals initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes, and project controls.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience administering contracts and managing project change processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and project execution projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve key milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage contracts, variations, extensions of time, claims, notices, and commercial obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, health, environment, and quality standards across all project activities.
