Job summary

DRA Global is a Perth-based, international engineering and project delivery group focused on mining, minerals and metals. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale engineering and project execution initiatives.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality, safety and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, engineering processes and project controls.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Experience administering contracts and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and project execution projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage contracts, variations, extensions of time and commercial obligations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
• Champion safety, health, environment and quality standards across all activities.
