Job summary

DRA Global is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Western Australia to lead complex engineering projects, providing technical leadership across design, analysis, and construction while ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence.

You will mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with standards, delivering high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in engineering project delivery, with a focus on technical leadership, working on mineral processing projects.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and technologies across planning, design and operations.
• Experience mentoring and coaching other team members, and strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across all phases of project delivery, including design, analysis, implementation and construction support.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions to address project challenges and client objectives.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Oversee engineering activities, monitor project performance and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure best practices and project standards.
• Promote safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement across all project activities.
