Job summary

We are Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeking a Product Growth (CRO) Manager to own conversion across Juniper’s digital funnel. You’ll diagnose where users drop, design rigorous experiments, and partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship experiences that improve conversion.

You will lead an ambitious experimentation program, connect analytics to decisions, and help shape new conversion journeys as Juniper expands its product ecosystem globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, product growth, or a similarly quantitative digital role.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page through to quiz, assessment and order; identify biggest leaks and opportunities for improvement.
