Job summary

Eucalyptus seeks a senior Product Growth (CRO) Manager to own and optimise the customer journey from first website visit through to starting Juniper treatment. You will leverage data, experiments, and behavioural insights to simplify and accelerate conversion across a complex, considered journey in a healthcare context.

You’ll work hands-on within the Product Growth team, partnering with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics to turn insights into shipped experiences and to build new conversion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, product growth, or a similarly quantitative digital role.
• Strong track record owning and improving digital conversion funnels with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build measurement and attribution frameworks.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect funnel metrics to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to quiz, assessment, and order.
• Build and run experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and prioritized opportunities.
• Diagnose drop-offs and work with Analytics to ensure correct tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous experiments including A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to decision.
• Partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship improvements.
