Job summary

Eucalyptus Spa, now part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a CRO Manager to own the conversion journey from the first website visit through onboarding for Juniper treatment. You will blend data, experimentation and customer insight to make the path simpler, clearer and more effective.

As a senior contributor in Product Growth, you will design and run A/B and multivariate tests, collaborate with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics, and help build new conversion journeys across the expanding product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRO, experimentation, or digital growth roles.
• Proven track record improving digital conversion funnels.
• Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Ability to partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to order.
• Build and run the experimentation roadmap with prioritized hypotheses.
• Work with Analytics to ensure tracking and measurement.
• Design rigorous experiments from hypothesis to results.
• Turn insights into shipped experiences and decisions.
• Collaborate with Design and Copy on conversion-focused creativity.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to implement changes.
• Bridge acquisition and conversion teams to reflect messaging intent.
• Develop new conversion journeys as Juniper expands.
• Raise CRO capability and best practices.
