Eucalyptus is seeking a senior Product Growth (CRO) Manager for Juniper to own and optimize the critical conversion journey from first website visit to treatment. You will combine data, experimentation, and customer insights to simplify and improve the journey, in collaboration with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics.

This senior individual contributor role sits within the Product Growth team as Juniper expands into new products.

Formación

• 5+ years across CRO, experimentation, digital optimization, product growth, or a similar quantitative digital role.
• Track record owning and improving digital conversion funnels with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical instincts; interrogate funnel performance and translate data into hypotheses.
• Experience with Analytics or Data teams to build measurement and attribution frameworks.
• Strong customer judgement and understanding of UX, messaging, friction and behavioral psychology.
• Experience working with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship experiences.
• Strong commercial judgement linking funnel metrics to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion across the funnel and identify biggest leaks and opportunities.
• Build and run an experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and impact.
• Get close to the data and ensure robust tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments from hypothesis to decision.
• Turn experiments into decisions and communicate what worked and why.
• Understand the customer behind the numbers and reduce hesitation.
• Lead conversion-focused creative execution with Copy and Design.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to implement changes.
• Connect acquisition and conversion to reflect intent and messaging.
• Build new conversion journeys for future product launches.
• Raise CRO capability with prioritisation and learning practices.
