Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a CRO Manager to own and improve the patient conversion journey for Juniper, a leading weight-management program. You will diagnose drop-offs, run A/B and multivariate experiments, and partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship impactful experiences.

You will work within our Product Growth team to expand conversion funnels across new products, leveraging analytics to drive measurable improvements and growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO, experimentation or digital growth experience.
• Proven ability to own and improve digital conversion funnels.
• Hands-on in designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical instincts; translate data into hypotheses.
• Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks.
• Understanding of UX, messaging, friction and behavioural psychology.
• Collaborates with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship experiences.
• Experience in healthcare or subscription journeys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to order, identifying leaks.
• Build and run our experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses.
• Get close to the data and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.
• Turn experiments into decisions by clearly communicating results.
• Understand the customer behind the numbers and reduce friction.
• Lead conversion-focused creative with Copy and Design.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to implement experiments.
• Connect acquisition and conversion with Growth aligned messaging.
• Help build new conversion journeys for future products.
• Raise CRO capability with prioritisation and measurement best practices.
