Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a CRO Manager to own and improve the journey from first website visit to starting Juniper treatment. You will combine data, experimentation and customer insight to simplify, clarify and accelerate decisions in a complex patient journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation or quantitative digital roles.
• Track record owning and improving digital conversion funnels with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical instincts to interrogate funnel performance and translate data into hypotheses.
• Experience building measurement and attribution frameworks with Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to quiz, assessment and order.
• Build and run an experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and prioritisation.
• Diagnose drop-offs with Analytics and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments from hypothesis to decision.
• Turn experimental results into product decisions and new customer journeys.
• Understand customer intent and friction to improve trust and conversion.
• Lead conversion-focused creative work with Copy and Design.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to implement changes.
• Align acquisition and conversion to reflect messaging and intent.
• Create new conversion journeys for expanding product ecosystems.
• Raise CRO capability with disciplined prioritisation and learning.
