Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a senior Product Growth (CRO) Manager to own the journey from first website visit to starting Juniper treatment. You will unite data, experimentation and customer insight to simplify and accelerate conversion across a complex care pathway.

This senior, hands-on role partners with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics to ship evidence-based experiences. You’ll shape new conversion journeys as Juniper expands, driving measurable growth and customer trust across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, or similar quantitative digital role.
• Proven track record improving digital conversion funnels with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong analytical skills to interrogate funnel performance and translate data into hypotheses.
• Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build measurement and attribution frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to ship experiences.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to link funnel metrics to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page through to order.
• Build and run experimentation roadmap with prioritized hypotheses.
• Partner with Analytics to ensure robust tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end.
• Turn results into decisions about what to ship, iterate, or stop.
• Understand customer intent and friction to improve conversion.
• Lead conversion-focused creative execution with Copy and Design.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to implement changes.
• Connect acquisition and conversion alignment.
• Develop new conversion journeys for new products and patient needs.
• Raise CRO capability with prioritisation and learning.
