Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a CRO Manager to own the journey from a prospect’s first website visit through to starting Juniper treatment. You’ll join the Product Growth team, collaborating with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics to make the conversion path simpler, clearer and more effective for patients.

This senior, hands-on role will own conversion across the funnel, diagnose drop-offs, and translate insights into experiments.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation.
• Proven track record improving digital conversion funnels.
• Hands-on with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Strong analytical and measurement skills.
• Experience partnering with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product.
• Familiarity with analytics and attribution frameworks.
• Healthcare or subscription experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to order.
• Lead an experimentation roadmap with structured cadence.
• Diagnose drop-offs and align with Analytics for tracking.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments (A/B/multivariate).
• Translate results into shipping decisions.
• Combine quantitative data with customer insights.
• Collaborate with Copy and Design on messaging and UX.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to implement.
• Align acquisition and conversion to messaging.
• Create new conversion journeys for new products.
• Raise CRO capability with prioritisation and learning.
