Eucalyptus is seeking a CRO Manager to own and improve the customer journey from first visit to starting Juniper treatment. You will combine data, experiments, and behavioural insights to make the journey simpler and more effective.

In this senior, hands-on role, you will lead conversion across the digital funnel, partner with Design, Copy, Engineering and Analytics, and help shape new conversion journeys as the product ecosystem grows in Australia.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation or a quantitative digital role.
• Track record of owning and improving digital conversion funnels with measurable impact.
• Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Own conversion across the funnel from landing page to quiz, assessment, and order.
• Build and run a structured experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses.
• Get close to data; diagnose drop-offs and ensure proper tracking and attribution.
• Design rigorous experiments and manage end-to-end analysis and decision-making.
• Turn insights into shipped experiences with cross-functional teams.
