Accenture is seeking an Associate Director, Pre-Sales to lead the technical and functional dimension of complex software sales cycles. You will bridge product expertise with client business needs, owning the solution narrative to empower the sales team to close enterprise deals.

You will work across direct client engagements and partner-led opportunities, contributing both individually and by enabling the team to accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or technical sales in enterprise software.
• Minimum 12+ years experience supporting seven-figure TCV deals in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise software domain relevant to our product portfolio.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in enterprise architecture, SaaS deployment models, API integration and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end pre-sales engagement from discovery to proposal and demos.
• Lead client workshops and PoCs translating product capabilities to client outcomes.
• Define solution scope, architecture and deployment approach aligned with requirements.
• Develop compelling solution narratives for executive and technical audiences.
• Coach junior team members on solution positioning and technical storytelling.
• Represent Accenture at industry events and client briefings with tailored demonstrations.
