Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Gen AI Presales Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end solution blueprints, translating client vision into technology execution. You will work across data engineering, AI, Gen AI, and agents, coordinating with global delivery and sales teams to align solutions with business goals.

The role offers exposure to LLMs, cloud platforms, and agentic workflows, with frequent stakeholder interaction and travel up to 25%. Melbourne is preferred, with Sydney as a valid alternative.

Qualifications

• Strong AI and Gen AI experience in systems integration or application development projects.
• Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Identify, drive, and quantify productivity improvements within solutions.
• Incorporate agentic and future-focused approaches into AI projects.
• Experience designing solutions using MCP, A2A, and related protocols.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience in AI/Data delivery or presales.
• Understand business processes and convert them into agentic workflows.
• Travel willingness for work as required.

Responsibilities

• Understand RFPs and RFIs and translate business needs into technical architectures across data engineering, AI, Gen AI, and agents.
• Define end-to-end application architecture diagrams from data ingestion to AI solutions.
• Align tech components (LLMs, vector graphs, agents, APIs) with business use cases.
• Prepare ADM effort estimates and validate with SMEs.
• Design staffing models for onshore/offshore/nearshore mix.
• Build solution plan decks to support sales and delivery alignment.
• Participate in solution and delivery reviews with leadership.
• Act as a strategic link between sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to client-facing proposals, SOWs, and contracting documents.
• Present and defend proposed solutions in forums.
• Seamlessly transition the solution to delivery after deal closure.
• Travel may be required (10%–25%).
