Job summary

Department of Health in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support the End of Contract Term project within the PPP framework. You will coordinate governance, validate contractual delivery, and oversee handover documentation and data analysis to ensure compliance.

You will work with the Specialist Infrastructure Advisor and Project Officer to ensure asset information is captured and reported in the required format for project closure and future service planning.

Qualifications

• Asset and/or facilities management knowledge would be highly regarded.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification would be well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scoping, procurement and management of external specialist advisors.
• Coordinate governance processes and validate delivery of contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Asset Planning and Management to obtain required asset information from ProjectCo.
• Draft Cabinet materials, ministerial and secretary briefings, meeting papers, agendas and minutes.
• Review advisor advice to ensure deliverables meet Department needs.
