Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for end-of-contract activities, including governance processes.
• Manage significant documents and handover materials from the contractor.
• Coordinate meeting secretariats and secretariat activities.
• Support budget reporting and contract management for specialist advisor contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks through analytical problem solving.
