Job summary

The Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Project Officer, Infrastructure Integration and Oversight to support the Specialist Infrastructure Advisor on the End of Contract Term PPP projects. You will help manage governance processes, coordinate handover documents and assist with budget reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Draft Cabinet and Ministerial material, briefings and progress reports.
• Manage specialist advisor contracts, variations, invoicing and budget reporting.
• Coordinate movement of documentation for review and contribution.
• Identify and respond to risks with analytical problem-solving.
