Job summary

Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Project Officer for Infrastructure Integration and Oversight to assist in end-of-contract term activities for PPP assets. You will support governance, manage documentation, and coordinate specialist advisor contracts while contributing to budget reporting and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong written communication, meeting coordination, and the ability to handle cabinet and ministerial materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset and/or facilities management or project management is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting governance and decision-making forums.
• Strong written, reporting and information management skills.
• Sound project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and tracking actions.
• Assist in drafting Cabinet and Ministerial material, briefings and progress reports.
• Manage contracts, variations, invoicing and budget reporting for specialist advisor contracts.
• Coordinate movement of documentation to review and contribution across units.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and help mitigate them.
