Job summary

Victorian Department of Health is seeking a Project Officer, Infrastructure Integration and Oversight, to support end-of-contract term activities for PPP assets. You will help govern handovers, coordinate documentation, and assist in preparing Cabinet and Ministerial materials.

The role involves budget reporting, contract management for specialist advisors, and risk monitoring within a collaborative team, aiming to ensure smooth project close-out and future service planning for hospital

Qualifications

• Experience in asset/facilities management, public administration, health or project management is advantageous.
• Experience supporting governance and decision-making forums.
• Strong written, reporting and information management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and activities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Assist in drafting material including Cabinet and Ministerial briefings and progress reports.
• Manage contracts, variations, invoicing and budget reporting for specialist advisor contracts.
• Coordinate movement of documentation to ensure review by the Asset Planning and Management unit.
• Identify and respond to risks and issues with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
