Job summary

The Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne seeks a Senior Project Officer, Commercial & Infrastructure to support the PPP End of Contract Term project. You will coordinate governance, validate delivery, review handover docs and perform data analysis to ensure the asset is handed back to the State in the required condition.

You'll work with the Specialist Infrastructure Advisor and project team to draft Cabinet and briefing papers, align asset information with planning units, and help deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in asset or facilities management or building services preferred.
• Experience with PPPs or large capital programmes is highly regarded.
• Public administration experience is advantageous.
• Postgraduate qualification is well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scoping, procurement and management of external specialists.
• Coordinate asset information delivery from ProjectCo with required detail.
• Collaborate with department SMEs and Health Service stakeholders.
• Prepare Cabinet materials, ministerial and secretary briefings and meeting papers.
• Review specialist advice to ensure deliverables meet Department needs.
