Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a seasoned People Scientist to lead HR survey design and insights for enterprise clients. You will partner with HR leaders to shape feedback strategies, analyze results, and elevate client culture and performance across organisations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of advisory experience, strong data skills, and a Master’s in a related field. This is a mid- to senior-level, 12-month fixed-term role based in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations and/or working as a subject matter expert within an organisation.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys and presenting insights to executives and HR leaders.
• Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and willingness to learn new tools.
• Master's in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers (pre-sale and post-sale) to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey question design and results review sessions with HR leaders and CEOs.
• Work with client data and survey outcomes to identify themes and insights to improve culture and business outcomes.
• Generate actionable insights from HR data sets including engagement and lifecycle surveys.
• Build and deliver People Science insights for external audiences as part of marketing activity.
• Support and coach internal teams through training and responding to queries.
