We seek a mid- to senior-level professional with 5+ years of consulting or SME experience, strong data storytelling, and comfort presenting insights to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys and presenting insights to executives/HR leaders.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and research methods.
• Willingness to learn new technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey design and results sessions with HR leaders and CEOs.
• Analyse client data to identify themes and stories improving culture and outcomes.
• Generate actionable insights from HR data (engagement, lifecycle, performance).
• Deliver People Science insights through webinars, workshops, and events across ANZ and Singapore.
• Coach and train customer-facing teams and respond to internal queries.
