Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People Scientist to join our customer-facing team in Australia. You will help clients design and analyze surveys, uncover HR insights, and translate data into practical strategies to elevate workplace culture and outcomes.

In this mid- to senior-level role (12-month fixed term), you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead design sessions, and build domain expertise across the customer team while contributing to coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations and/or as a subject matter expert; enterprise-level preferred
• Experience with surveys across the employee lifecycle (candidate, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit)
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys and presenting insights to executives/HR leaders
• Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and willingness to learn new tech systems
• Bonus: implementing or designing performance management for large-scale organisations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers (pre-sale and post-sale) to design and build people-centric feedback surveys
• Lead survey design and results review sessions with HR leaders and CEOs
• Use client data to identify themes and stories to improve culture and business outcomes
• Generate actionable insights from HR data sets including engagement and lifecycle surveys
• Build and deliver People Science insights for external audiences as part of Culture Amp marketing
• Support and develop domain expertise for customer-facing teams through coaching and training
