Job summary

Culture Amp, a leading employee experience platform, seeks a mid- to senior-level People Scientist to guide HR analytics and survey design across organisations. You will partner with customers to design feedback surveys, review results with executives, and translate data into actionable insights that elevate client culture and performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven storytelling, and external thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations or as a subject matter expert, enterprise-level preferred.
• Experience with surveys across the employee lifecycle (candi­­date, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360 feedback.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys, and presenting insights to executives and HR leaders.
• Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods.
• Proficiency with standard software tools (Google Docs/Sheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Master’s in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Bonus points: experience implementing/designing performance management processes for large scale organisations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers (pre-sale and post-sale) to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey design and results review sessions with client stakeholders from HR leaders to CEOs.
• Work with client data and survey outcomes to identify key themes and stories to improve culture and business outcomes.
• Generate actionable and predictive insights from HR data sets, including engagement and lifecycle surveys, performance management, and team effectiveness feedback.
• Build and deliver People Science insights for external audiences via webinars, roundtables, workshops, and conference keynotes across Australia, NZ and Singapore.
• Support and build domain expertise for customer-facing teams through coaching, training and responding to internal queries.
