Job summary

Culture Amp Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior People Scientist on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in Australia. The role blends HR analytics with client-facing thought leadership, designing surveys and deriving insights that drive culture and performance for diverse organizations.

You will work with a close-knit customer team, design questions, review results with senior stakeholders, and deliver scalable People Science insights for marketing and client education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations or as a subject matter expert; enterprise-level preferred.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to present insights to executives and HR leaders with clear recommendations.
• Comfort with data and basic knowledge of statistics and research methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey question design and results review sessions with stakeholders from HR to CEOs.
• Identify valuable themes from client data to improve culture and business outcomes.
• Generate actionable insights from HR data sets, including engagement and lifecycle surveys.
• Build and deliver People Science insights for external audiences (webinars, workshops, conferences).
• Support and coach customer-facing teams through training and internal queries.
