Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People Scientist to lead thought leadership in HR analytics and feedback design, helping customers translate results into actionable insights across the organization. You will partner with a close-knit customer team and advance data-driven culture initiatives.

You will guide survey design, analyze lifecycle and engagement data, and present insights to executives. This fixed-term role emphasizes listening, storytelling, coaching, and domain expertise to upskill customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations or as a subject matter expert
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys with insights for executives/HR leaders
• Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods
• Proficiency in standard tools and willingness to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys
• Lead survey design and results review sessions with HR leaders and CEOs
• Identify themes and stories from data to improve culture and business outcomes
• Generate actionable insights from HR data sets and feedback
• Present People Science insights to external audiences as part of marketing activities
