Culture Amp Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior People Scientist for a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract in Melbourne. You will partner with clients to design and analyze surveys across the employee lifecycle, uncover stories in data, and translate insights into practical actions for culture and performance improvement.

You will lead design reviews with HR leaders and contribute to marketing activities while supporting a close-knit customer team. Hybrid office-based role with some travel in AU/NZ/SEA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations or as a subject matter expert

Aufgaben

• Design and build people-centric feedback surveys with clients
• Lead survey question design and results reviews with HR leaders and CEOs
• Identify themes and stories from client data to improve culture and outcomes
• Generate actionable insights from HR data, including engagement and lifecycle surveys
• Deliver People Science insights to external audiences (webinars, roundtables, workshops)
• Coach and train internal teams on data analysis and domain knowledge
