Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a People Scientist to lead and design people-centric surveys, analyze engagement data, and translate results into actionable insights for customers. You will collaborate with clients across Australia, NZ, and Singapore, guiding questions, outcomes, and feedback strategies to elevate organizational culture.

This mid-to-senior role emphasizes research, data storytelling, and coaching of customer teams, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and opportunities to influence HR

Qualifications

• Applied experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys across the employee lifecycle
• Experience presenting insights to executives and HR leaders
• Comfortable with data and basic statistics

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys
• Lead survey design and results sessions with HR leaders and CEOs
• Analyze client data to identify themes and stories for culture and outcomes
• Generate insights from HR datasets including engagement and lifecycle surveys
• Create and deliver People Science insights for marketing and client education
