Job summary

Culture Amp seeks a People Scientist to lead thought leadership in HR, engagement and performance management. You will design surveys, analyze results, and establish feedback strategies at organization, group, and individual levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applying consulting or expert work in organisations, enterprise level preferred.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys across employee lifecycle.
• Ability to present insights to executives and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey question design and results review sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify themes from HR data to improve culture and business outcomes.
• Generate actionable insights from HR data sets and provide coaching to teams.
• Contribute to Culture Amp marketing events and share People Science insights.
