Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services team. In this hands-on role, you will blend Level 3 technical expertise, project delivery, and technical leadership to support a diverse portfolio of managed services customers across cloud, infrastructure, security, and modern workplace technologies.

You will act as the senior escalation point, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments, and lead projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
• Strong MSP or managed services background.
• Proven Level 3 troubleshooting and escalation experience.
• Deep Microsoft tech expertise across Azure, M365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows.
• Experience delivering cloud, migration, and modern workplace projects.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management.
• PowerShell and automation capability.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate and Endpoint Administrator Associate certs or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and critical customer issues.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace projects from design through to implementation.
• Drive security improvements, including Essential Eight uplift, privileged access management, and incident response.
• Develop operational standards, automation, and best-practice technical solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide practical, business-focused advice.
