Job summary

Ricoh is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support enterprise environments under a 6-month contract in Parramatta. You will work across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and VMware, delivering advanced support, migrations, and infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes security, reliability, and high performance in hybrid/cloud settings. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IT services/MSP and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Entra ID, DNS, Group Policy, and PowerShell

Qualifications

7+ years in IT services MSP environments.
4+ years hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS and Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune.
Experience across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support and project implementation across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and VMware environments.
Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues.
Support technology migrations, upgrades and infrastructure projects.
Ensure customer environments remain secure, available and high performing.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
