Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support Microsoft cloud and infrastructure projects in Parramatta. This 6-month contract role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring strong Azure, M365, Intune, AD/Entra ID, and VMware expertise.

The successful candidate will join the IT Services team, providing Level 2/3 escalation support, executing migrations and upgrades, and ensuring secure, high-performing environments in hybrid cloud setups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT services/MSP environments.
• 4+ years hands-on Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS, GPO, M365, Intune.
• Experience with cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical guidance.
• Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for complex issues.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure environments are secure, available and high performing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standards.
