Job summary

Ricoh is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer for a 6-month contract in Sydney. You will join our IT Services team to support enterprise customer environments and critical technology projects, delivering expert Microsoft technologies and driving operational excellence.

You will be a hands-on architect of cloud and on-prem solutions, providing Level 2/3 support, migrations, and documentation while focusing on security and high performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in the IT services industry, ideally within an MSP environment.
• 4+ years' hands-on experience supporting: Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS and Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical expertise across technologies including Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Escalation point (Level 2/3) for complex technical issues and migrations.
• Ensure customer environments remain secure, available, and high performing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
