Job summary

Ricoh Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Cloud & Managed Services team. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with project delivery to support a diverse set of managed services across cloud, infrastructure, and security.

You will manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows environments, lead design-to-implementation of infrastructure projects, and drive security improvements while building strong customer

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
MSP or managed services experience is required.
Level 3 troubleshooting and escalation experience.
Deep Microsoft technology expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows infrastructure.
Experience delivering cloud, migration, and modern workplace projects.
Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
PowerShell and automation capability.
Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate and Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and critical customer issues.
Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments.
Lead infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace projects from design through to implementation.
Drive security improvements, including Essential Eight uplift, privileged access management, and incident response.
Develop operational standards, automation, and best-practice technical solutions.
Build trusted relationships with customers and provide practical, business-focused advice.
