Job summary

Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced engineer to act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents and customer issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments.

You will lead infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace projects from design through to implementation, while driving security improvements and automation to deliver practical, business-focused solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
• Strong MSP or managed services experience across multiple customer environments.
• Proven Level 3 troubleshooting and escalation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and critical customer issues.
• Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint environments.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace projects from design through to implementation.
• Drive security improvements, including Essential Eight uplift, privileged access management, and incident response.
• Develop operational standards, automation, and best‑practice technical solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and provide practical, business-focused advice.
