Job summary

Coates in Belmont, WA seeks an experienced Major Projects Manager to develop key customer partnerships and drive growth across WA's largest infrastructure, construction, mining and industrial projects. Qualifications

• Experience managing major projects or strategic accounts in construction, infrastructure, mining or industrial sectors.
• Strong background in equipment hire and related industries.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills for pricing, contracts or project agreements.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of major project accounts across construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability and share of wallet throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers across multiple projects and locations.
• Lead customer engagement activities, project reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Negotiate pricing structures and commercial agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with branches, operations and sales to deliver customer commitments.
• Maintain visibility of future project opportunities through pipeline and opportunity management.
