Job summary

WSP in Perth is seeking a Senior Major Projects Executive – Maritime to lead the pursuit and delivery of significant maritime and port infrastructure across Western Australia. You will combine leadership, commercial acumen and market influence to grow our major projects portfolio.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in maritime or coastal infrastructure, with the ability to govern complex multidisciplinary programs and mobilise integrated teams for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
• Maritime, ports or coastal infrastructure background preferred.
• Strong commercial capability and risk management.
• Degree in engineering with professional accreditation viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit and delivery of major maritime and port infrastructure projects in WA.
• Provide executive oversight of project performance including safety, quality, schedule, budget, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Lead work winning, market positioning, bids and client engagement at an executive level.
• Build relationships with government, ports, asset owners, contractors and delivery partners.
• Establish governance and assurance frameworks for complex multidisciplinary programs.
