Job summary

Longreach Recruitment, a leading national firm in property, construction, real estate and design, seeks a Construction Manager for WA projects. You will lead multiple complex commercial builds, mentor teams, and partner with the Director to ensure safety, quality and profitability across the portfolio.

You will bring tier‑1 or major tier‑2 experience, strong governance, and a track record of delivering $200M+ projects. Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading tier‑1/major tier‑2 commercial projects.
• Strong governance, risk mitigation and programme management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated focus on safety, quality and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across multiple projects and support PMs and site teams to deliver safety, quality and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with the Director to drive operational excellence and consistency across the WA portfolio.
• Mentor emerging leaders and develop high‑performing project teams.
