Job summary

The City of Mandurah in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Projects Manager for Major Projects on a fixed-term full-time basis (3 years). You will lead multidisciplinary teams through a complete project lifecycle—planning, design, procurement, construction, contract administration and close-out—delivering high-value capital works for one of WA’s fastest growing regional cities.

A relevant degree, 10+ years of major project delivery, and recognised professional credentials are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or building.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering major building and civil infrastructure projects.
• Recognition as a Professional Engineer by Engineers Australia or equivalent.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
• PMI PMP or equivalent project management certification (highly desirable).
• Current unrestricted C class national driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through the full lifecycle (planning to close-out).
• Deliver high-value capital works projects for a growing regional city.
• Provide contract administration and stakeholder engagement across project phases.
