Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is recruiting a Construction Manager in Western Australia to lead and coordinate multiple large-scale commercial projects, reporting to the Director. You will drive safety, quality and profitability while mentoring site teams and coordinating with Project Managers.

The role demands tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering, a proven Tier 1/2 background, and a track record of delivering $200M+ projects for a main contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Manager or Senior PM in Tier 1/major Tier 2 environments.
• Delivery of tier-one, complex commercial projects $200M+ for a main contractor.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead across multiple projects in WA portfolio.
• Support Project Managers and site teams to safety, quality and commercial targets.
• Drive operational excellence with Director, mentoring emerging leaders.
