Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Client Development Partner to drive adoption of Protégé and workflow solutions in top legal accounts. You will work lawyer-to-lawyer with senior stakeholders and apply AI-enabled processes to improve outcomes.

The role is full-time, hybrid in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexible work-life balance and opportunities for global collaboration across RELX businesses.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years practicing law.
• Pre-sales and post-sales experience in SaaS/legal tech preferred.
• AI fluency and ability to translate legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Executive presence to engage partners and senior firm leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive Protégé adoption in top accounts by liaising with senior legal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with practice leaders and translate priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Deliver high-impact demos/presentations that illustrate improved legal work and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers/Directors on prospecting and pursuit strategies.
• Capture customer insights in CRM and feed learnings back to the business.
