You will focus on Tier 1 accounts in oil & gas, petrochemical, mining and industrial processing sectors, managing the existing pipeline and developing new opportunities, while negotiating long-term agreements and delivering compelling proposals with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and high-level negotiation.
• Experience in stainless steel instrumentation, valves, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Excellent presentations and communication skills.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems to track sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: build a robust sales pipeline aligned with targets.
• Account Growth: secure growth within strategic accounts, including long-term agreements.
• Business Development: generate leads and engage decision-makers for new opportunities.
• Relationship Management: maintain high-level client relationships including EPCs and partners.
• Commercial Negotiation: lead pricing strategies and contract negotiations for major accounts.
• Proposals & Presentations: develop complex proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Operational Excellence: ensure QA procedures and safety compliance.
• Team & Cross-Functional Leadership: drive collaboration across departments.
