Qualifications

• 4–7 years of technical sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Experience managing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Strong technical-commercial understanding for product and solution selection.
• Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel across WA and wider region.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development across Western Australia, identifying new customers and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, contractors, distributors and partners.
• Manage key accounts from identification through closure.
• Promote Flow Control products and provide technical-commercial support.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Develop installed-base, parts, service and contract opportunities through site engagement.
• Monitor market activity and adjust strategies for growth and profitability.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts and orders targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
