First Focus, Australia's top MSP, is seeking a skilled IT professional to support AD, Azure, and cloud platforms across mixed environments. You’ll handle tickets, assist with on-site deployments, and collaborate with senior engineers to keep client environments secure and efficient.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AD and Azure (on-prem also welcome).
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms.
• Comfort with desktop to firewall and LAN/WAN networks.
• Experience using ticketing systems and helping users."
• Excellent communication, positive attitude, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Slay tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Support cloud platforms - Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS.
• Lead deployments for project work when needed.
• Split time between desk-based support and onsite work.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to keep environments lean.
