Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to own hands-on L2/L3 IT support in a fast-paced environment in Sydney. You will solve complex issues, support senior stakeholders and act as a tech lead for the team.

The role focuses on delivering 3rd line support across Windows and macOS, plus management of Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• L2/L3 support experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf.
• Strong troubleshooting and ownership mindset.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication.
• Proactive, practical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver level 3 support across a mixed Windows and macOS environment.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf and identity/access issues.
• Own escalations, prioritise competing demands and resolve issues independently.
• Provide hands-on device builds, troubleshooting and meeting room support.
• Support onsite events and executive stakeholders, delivering a first-class customer experience.
• Share knowledge and guide junior support team members.
