Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to own hands-on L2/L3 IT support in a fast-paced technology team. The role is Sydney-based and involves solving complex problems, mentoring juniors, and leading support activities for senior stakeholders.

You will deliver level 3 support across Windows and macOS, manage escalations, and provide hands-on device builds while ensuring a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven L2/L3 support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Entra ID, Intune and Jamf.
• Excellent troubleshooting and ownership.
• Customer-focused with strong communication in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver level 3 support across Windows and macOS environments.
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf and identity/access issues.
• Own escalations, prioritise demands and resolve issues.
• Provide hands-on device builds, troubleshooting and meeting room support.
• Support onsite events and executive stakeholders, delivering a first-class experience.
• Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
